Both. We offer virtual sessions across Maryland and in-person visits at our Silver Spring Maryland clinic. You can switch between them based on what works for you.
We see children 13+, teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors. Each age group is met with developmentally appropriate care.
Initial psychiatric evaluations are 60 minutes. Medication follow-ups are 25–30 minutes. Therapy sessions are typically 45–50 minutes.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
